Subway - Louisville

I dine at this restaurant frequently. The service is always excellent, as is the quality of the food. A+ Service. We usually order take out for lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food is consistently a 5 out of 5, as is the service and atmosphere.

I had the worst experience at this Subway location. The employee didn't know how to check the balance on my Subway gift card, and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they weren't there. It's unacceptable to run a business with uneducated employees. Additionally, customers couldn't even use the bathroom because it was locked. I paid $8.34 for two water bottles and a bag of chips, which is expensive considering a small water bottle cost $2.99. The bad service needs to be addressed by Subway. The owner must take action.

Most of the time it’s fine, but literally don’t bother spending money on extra cheese because they will never bother.

Great service, the sandwich maker (artist) has been there for a long time and knows everyone and is very personable, they're quick and the sandwiches are great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
