Taco Bell - Louisville

Got two tacos and a strawberry lemonade to drink and it was very good, super fast, and the woman in drive-thru was all smiles! Would definitely recommend!

Usually service and prices are on point. Today 's experience was a lil different. THE MENU IS NOT ACCURATELY PRICED. If you ask about the price difference, as I did, you may just be met with the prices went up . Like...yes I see that, just letting you know to maybe... correct the menu. We all know people go to Taco Bell to stretch $5... Just a warning.

First, what I ordered was not what I was given. secondly, the person who took the order did not take over the orders I requested. Thirdly, I order a nachos-Glocke border, but got a chicken-quesadilla. the tacos shells on all 3 tacos were broken and most had little product in them. bad presentation and bad customer service. when trying to fix the mistakes, the employees were rude and not a good customer service. a worker now said that they say that they don't order the queensadilla all loud in the drive through. I asked for a refund for a queen I didn't order first. then they had to make the Nachos bell grenade I ordered. I also asked to be given much sauce only. 4. this experience was a nightmare to say the least! I have protected this situation at many places and had no problems. this crew needs training to take a job right, prepare it and the value of good customer service.

Absolutely terrible waited in the line yesterday night 9/24 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. it had to be 20 cars in the line. only 5 or 6 of 20 in the 1h 45mins were waited. When I finally came by the hired by the drive, I didn't even let myself speak and said I'm sorry that my manager said we were just taking over and door dash, which I tried to ask if I could slip after almost 2 hours, but they ignored me. they have to fire all night shift personnel at this place. I never wait more than 7 minutes on the car through any time of the day in a taco bell.
