They generally do a great job and usually get orders right. However, it seems that when they have more than three cars in line, they become somewhat overwhelmed. Wait times can exceed 15 to 20 minutes, and they occasionally forget items, leaving them unsure about who to blame for the mix-up. Overall, the service is polite and good, but they might benefit from taking a step back or hiring additional staff. Having more help would make a difference!
