Feedback gevenThe restaurant had a dirty atmosphere, with grimy windows and subpar wings. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning to any Wingstop location in Louisville, KY.
I waited an hour and 45 minutes over my pick-up time. the cashier argued very rudely with me that I have already picked up my order - clearly not when I am in charge to pick up my order. she rolled her eyes and printed a new ticket to remake my eating I paid $50 for. will not come back and a call will be made to get a full refund - the personal is rude and I am extremely irritated they do not even offer everything to make it right. after two hours I got my order, and the wings were so salty that they were edible.
Today was quite a disappointing experience. I placed an order at 4 PM with my wife. The staff member who assisted us was very pleasant and mentioned it would take around 35 minutes. We were fine with that. However, after 45 minutes, I checked in to ask for an estimated time of arrival, and another staff member simply said our order wasn’t ready yet. I understand they were busy, but it would have been more considerate to give us an honest estimate, like informing us it could take an hour. Since we didn’t get a clear timeframe, my wife and I left with just two drinks for which we paid $19—no food at all. I don’t think I’ll order from this establishment again. They really need more space and staff to meet demand. Honestly, it would be better to just use a delivery app.
Yo, this is the worse wingstop I've ever been. every time I go, it's always a problem. as I live in new albany, this is the one closest to me. yesterday I ordered $80 worth eating and put my order online at 550 (45 min waiting. it's late at 730 clock and my friend made it! then had to wait while the manager pierced the bags to see what was missing. he waited 30 for everything that was missing, and when I called, they gave me only one $5 discount. don't even waste your money. between the stuffed service and eating in the bottom I go from now on to the wingstop from westport or preston.
This review is based on multiple experiences rather than just one. The last four times I've ordered from this particular Wingstop, they have consistently misestimated the time my food would be ready. I understand if there’s a delay of 5 to 10 minutes, but I placed my order and received my receipt at 5:28 PM with a promised wait time of 18 minutes. Instead, I was told at 6:02 PM that my wings were just being started. If you're looking for good chicken on Dixie Highway and don't want to wait longer than promised, I recommend avoiding this Wingstop.
