Zaxby's - Louisville

I stopped by a Zaxby's for the first time, and I had a great experience! The management and staff were impressive. After we finished our meal, one of the gentlemen from the team went around the dining area to personally check in with everyone and gather feedback. We had a tasty meal and I have no complaints at all.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we had a fantastic experience! The young man at the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. We ordered the 30-piece family pack, which provided more than enough food for our family! I only wish there was a location closer to our home. Plus, the wall decor is really impressive!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’d rate their accuracy in fulfilling orders at about 80%, which means that occasionally, about 20% of the time, there might be a mistake. The quality of the food is good, and everything is consistently served hot—at least the dishes that are meant to be hot.

Very nice guys work there! I often buy salads and also I often pick up orders for GH. And a very nice and sympathetic girl Kristie works there, she is always ready to help with some problems ordered by GH. thank you very much guys!

The salads are always fantastic, get the grilled chicken double chicken extra tomato. Low cal and delicious.
