I'm particularly fond of the Chicken Glorioso, which isn't a regular menu item, so look for it as a special. It's essentially chicken breasts served in a white wine mozzarella sauce with sundried tomatoes, and it’s incredibly delicious. The portion sizes at Buca are meant for family-style dining (two or more), so we always have leftovers to take home, and they reheat wonderfully. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend the Quattro al Forno, a sampler of their baked pasta dishes, including manicotti and stuffed shells. The homemade bread is good, but if you can splurge a little, go for the mozzarella garlic bread to soak up all that delicious sauce on your plate. To wrap up your meal, enjoy some chianti and chocolate cake for a fantastic night! Additionally, if you’re looking for a different experience, they offer a kitchen table where you can watch the chefs at work while you dine, which is quite fun, especially on the weekends.
