Charleys Cheesesteaks

I really enjoy the food at this mall food court restaurant! The quality is consistently good and the prices are reasonable. The staff are also very friendly.

I went to the restaurant with my daughter and we ordered the loaded fries and the kids' chicken strips and fries. I really liked my loaded fries and my daughter finished all of her food, which is something that doesn't happen often.

Customer service is a absolute disaster .....no one speaks english ....close the border !!!

The cheesesteaks here are pretty good. While they're not quite as authentic as a true Philly Cheesesteak (I'm from Philadelphia), they come pretty close.

A woman before me and my fiance was calm but upset because her order was wrong. She requested they hold the lettuce because she's allergic to it. She brought her sandwich to the cashier, who refunded the lady her money. Before she did that, the customer told her several times she wanted her order but done as she requested. Cashier ignored her. A coworker who's been on the phone entire time is not paying attention to her orders. After the lady grabbed her change, the on the phone coworker threw condiments at the customer. So rude and nasty!! My fiance and I witnessed it and low and behind, my fiance told cashier hold the lettuce. Coworker who seems glued to her phone serve my fiance a sandwich with lettuce!!! Although she was upset and speaking something in Spanish, my girls order was made right. Food isn't all that and customer service sucks!!! Don't waste your time!!!
