Maggiano’s Italian Classics

Food was generally not good. Canned sauce, frozen breadsticks, cold dessert pasties served moldy.

This is a ghost operation. Maggiano's is operated out of Chili's as a ghost operation. I ordered food from there through doordash and it was awful. I called maggiano's to complain I was told that maggiano's is operating a ghost kitchen out of Chili's. I was a little confused by this because Chili's food isn't very good so how are they also making Italian food. I just want everybody to know about this because I spent $50 on horrible food. I did not expect to get horrible food from maggiano's considering I have eaten there numerous times. Buyer beware. Don't order maggiano's from doordash order from the restaurant.

Best Chicken Parm you can get and all the portions are huge. Their shrimp and Crab meat pasta is one of my favorite meals of all time. Only thing they have that isn't great are the breadsticks.

The fetechini alfredo had a excellent taste but it was so dry that I literally choked on it. Be sure to ask for sauce with your dinner or be prepared for disappointment. Don't bother ordering the pie either. It's like a dried up turnover.

Ordered from this restaurant through doo dash. I ordered the the spaghetti and meatballs but they forgot the meatballs for both of my orders. I called the restaurant to see what I could do but they said that they didn’t cook my food and that chili’s did. I have never heard anything so crazy. I felt I should post this review so someone from management can see what kind of service is being provided when customers call in with questions or concerns. Door dash is not cheap nor do I want to order Italian food but have another restaurant like chili’s making it according to the employee I spoke to.
