Mcdonald's

This store stole my money. It was made clear that they had no intention of helping me when I called them. I placed an order and within a minute or two I realized my app didn 't update the address like it normally would. I should have checked that part is my fault. I tried to cancel in my app and it said I couldn 't because the order was being made. I called the store they said I had to do it in the app. I told the woman I would try again and call back if needed. It didn 't work. I called back. I made it as far as to say This is Sharon again and they hung up on me. Now the phone had been conveniently busy for nearing an hour and I work till 8 pm tonight. I am going to attempt to walk into this store tonight but if I can 't get anywhere with it, I 'm reporting this to the BBB. Are you guys trying to scam people? I made a mistake with the locator. Surly this isn 't your process. You didn 't give me a product but you take my money.
