Shalimar Indian

Not everyone is a fan of Indian food, but I love a good curry. However, I found some new favorites on the lunch buffet at Shalimar. The lentils are amazing and the fried cauliflower is my latest craving. So good! Since I was there during the buffet, the service was pretty easy for our server, so I don't really know what it is like outside of that atmosphere. Regardless, this is probably best Indian buffet I have ever been to, and I have been to them in several states. They keep lots of items on the bar and the pots aren't too big, so the food stays fresh, and there is enough variety that even non-curry eaters can still get full.
