We dined at your restaurant last Monday. My daughter ordered a shrimp and salmon salad, which was perfectly fine. However, when my daughter and I ordered pizzas, there was a mistake with my pizza that was quickly corrected. I ordered a square cheese pizza with anchovies, while my daughter had a cheese and ham pizza. Unfortunately, my daughter did not enjoy her pizza much and only had a small bite. Shortly after eating, we both experienced severe food poisoning symptoms including nausea and multiple vomiting episodes. This has been a very unpleasant experience for us.

We had not shared any other food, so the source of the food poisoning must have been the pizza. Have you had any similar complaints from other customers?
