O'tacos Louvain-la-neuve

Ik ben gewend geraakt om naar O'Tacos in Namen te gaan en ik wilde eens die in Louvain-la-Neuve proberen. Uiteindelijk is het de laatste keer dat ik ga, want ik heb nog nooit een zo verwaarloosde ruimte gezien! De tafels staan overal verspreid met ontbrekende stoelen, beschadigde decoraties, knisperende lampen en vooral een grote lege ruimte waar normaal gesproken fauteuils zouden moeten staan... De terminal functioneert half, de keuze aan vlees is erg beperkt, vooral de dranken die allemaal op zijn! De tacos zijn gelukkig redelijk goed, ook al zijn de tenders te gaar, maar de sfeer geeft me geen zin om terug te komen. Ik hoop dat dit zeer binnenkort verandert, want het is hoog tijd! Het is waar dat de zaal vies is (plakkerige vloer, afval op de vloer en op de tafels, vuile tafels ook, overlopende prullenbakken, enzovoort). Onlangs was ik op een moment dat er niemand was en inderdaad, zelfs toen ik alleen in de zaal zat te wachten op mijn bestelling (simpele M-taco's), was de service traag en waren de taco's niet eetbaar (ongaar friet, koude taco's). Het enige wat goed was, waren de kaasballetjes. Gezien alle recente negatieve recensies, is het misschien tijd voor de baas om zich te herpakken en iets te doen?? Eten: 1 Service: 2 Sfeer: 1

De organisatie is catastrofaal. Ze krijgen de bestellingen verkeerd. In de afgelopen jaren ben ik 5 keer geweest en ik heb maar 1 keer gekregen wat ik had besteld, en het was koud. Ik raad echt aan om dit restaurant te vermijden. Bovendien is de smaak echt niet bijzonder. Zelfs als het betekent dat je een vette maaltijd neemt, is het duidelijk niet de moeite waard! Hi ! The restaurant is horrible, orders are at least 30 minutes late, the employees prefer to have fun in the kitchen than take care of customers. Also, I asked that my order be put on the same pager as that of my friends and this was not done because I quote we have to do calculations in the kitchen knowing that they have what we call a cash register where prices are calculated. The restaurant is disgusting, the underside of the tables are dirty and greasy. the furniture is destroyed and the seats are torn, not to mention the lamps in poor condition which are flashing. Oh hey! The pagers still don 't work! Which forces employees to shout orders in an already very heavy atmosphere. For now, the person in charge of this trash can which was once a pleasant snack must be removed from his duties and the building should be handed over to someone competent and not to an incompetent person who is as unpleasant as he is useless. And finally, given the disastrous state of the restaurant and the toilets, I can 't imagine the state of the kitchen knowing that some have complained about hygiene (hair in the tacos, cooking without gloves, and I pass).
