Dark Heart Coffee - Loveland

This place is outstanding. The customer service is exceptional. Although they forgot one of our drinks during a busy moment, we weren't upset at all, but they gave us a gift card without hesitation. All the drinks were delicious. I've been a coffee enthusiast for 20 years, exploring options in both Australia and the US, and the smoky mocha was a standout for me. You have to try it—it's incredible. The coffee was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I honestly can't find anything to criticize, and we will definitely be making another trip to Loveland specifically to visit Dark Heart many times in the future!

The service here is excellent, and the coffee menu is quite intriguing. One unique aspect of this shop is that they don't offer almond milk, but they do provide oat milk as a dairy-free option. I tried the honey latte with oat milk, and it was delicious.

The coffee here is incredible and truly looks like art. This is a fantastic place!

Such a great atmosphere here. Every detail is meticulously hand crafted, from the out if this world coffee, to the architecture, atmosphere, and culture. You can't really beat the vibe and quality of Dark Heart. I highly recommend the Smokey Mocha or my favorite Cardamom Latte (when it's in season)!

We visited this coffee shop twice during our stay in Loveland and it was amazing! The coffee was delicious and the environment was so cool. I got the honey latte and I’m not a big sweet person so I was pleasantly surprised to find it just the right amount of sweet and I was still able to taste the coffee notes in it. I would definitely recommend! All of the staff were so sweet and friendly and the owners were very helpful when we were trying to figure out which blend of beans we wanted to buy. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family!
