Mio's Pizza - Loveland

I always order the Cheese Calzone (Regular) with pineapple and pepperoni, cooked until crispy. It is consistently fresh and delicious every time it arrives at my table.

The garlic bread lacked garlic flavor, the pizza was soggy, and both the lasagna and meat sauce were burnt. We also ordered meatballs, but none were given. Overall, it was a disappointing waste of money.

I had to pay for sauces and never even received them. The pizza was good, with the sesame crust being particularly awesome. However, the sides (cheese bread and mozzarella sticks) were just average at best. I probably wouldn't recommend this place or order from them again.

Their pizza is always top notch! Fresh toppings and so delicious. Best in town by far!

I believe that MiO's needs to address some issues. Thirty years ago, I had my first pizza blanca at the Hyde Park location and it was unforgettable. The Roma tomatoes were perfectly sliced and the Alfredo sauce was just right. A couple of years ago, I tried the pizza blanca again and while it was a bit messy with scattered cubes of tomatoes, it was still acceptable. However, whatever they are selling as pizza blanca at the Loveland MiO's is awful. It tasted like a rubbery mess with a strange garlic oil instead of Alfredo sauce. It was like eating cardboard. The salad was also disappointing, with old brown lettuce in a bag. This was the last $50 they will get from us. I hope they address these issues before it's too late, or they might see a closed sign in their window.
