*Posted by her husband* The Monroe Lounge is well deserving of five stars in my book. To start you off you are welcomed by very warming wait staff and seated in a cozy environment with mood lighting which gives you that cozy feeling you’ve been looking for through all of your travels. The appearance of the restaurant is welcoming and cozy without losing the feel of class. The presentation of the food was appealing. The special for the night was chicken fried steak with garlic mashed potatoes and country corn for sides along with a slice of key lime pie to top it all off. Cooked to perfection you will not leave here hungry. Drinks ordered from the bar were made to the upmost satisfaction. Five out of five from me. If you find yourself traveling through stay at the best western plus, Monroe’s Lounge is right inside get a 5 start dinner and a 5 star sleep. And if you’re a local show your support and try this absolutely amazing and mouth watering menu. Good job Monroe’s lounge.

The bartender, Kayleigh , makes awesome drinks !!! Just ask her to surprise you. The fries are hot and fresh for any of you that have peeves about having fresh fries , this place has it and worth the wait. The people responsible were Wesley and Destiny. This place is a hidden gem for a hotel restaurant. Ask about the PBJ. Marylou at the front desk for the Best Western was also wonderful and very helpful , impressive people make this place.

American food and service at this location is super good. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

Great service! Nice atmosphere. The bartenders were great! Super fun! Had nice old cowboy playing on fiddle and piano. He was super fun

Staff is extremely friendly. Relaxed atmosphere, very balanced selection of local beers. The Monroe classic burger I had was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The side salad was very fresh and everything was very crispy. Great place, hands down
