Smashburger - Loveland

Great burger options and the tractor beverages are a reason I go there. They have an American style tempura (for lack of a better phrase I can think of) on the onion rings that I like too.

Literally every single time we go here they get our order wrong. Not just a little wrong either. They’ll bring out food that is completely wrong. I’ll order chicken and they’ll bring me a burger patty. Every time I order smash fries, they either forget to include fries entirely or will bring regular fries. The food isn’t cheap, so it’s pretty frustrating to not get what you ordered. I’m normally understanding about stuff like this, but I’ve run out of patience since it happens every time we go. Stay away from here unless you want to be served random food that you didn’t order.

The app/website never works. We always try to call after and the line is always busy. We’ve tried ordering on four separate occasions, and we can never get through. It’s so disappointing because we love Smashburger.

Ordered 3 kids meals with cheeseburgers and one with a hamburger, was give 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers. Also didn't give us fries with all kids meals. The food tasted good but they didn't give us the items we paid for.
