Subway - Loveland

I had a really negative experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude to my friend and wouldn't allow a simple substitution for a protein wrap. Honestly, I would rate them 0 out of 5. The customer service was terrible, and I think they need to provide sensitivity training for their employees.

I loved it! we needed a cup and bought a sammy, the other one free. the actress took her time to make our seedlings as if it were her own(. I wish I knew her name) huge shout?! very good! it was super fresh and super good. real customer service and we were very satisfied?. gratitude

Sandwich was bomb, but the service was bad: I wait for a really long time for this child without it being greeted or said what is going on, and he did not want to be there and idk why, but goddd was slow to make my sandwich. but. he made that sandwich so good and I was afraid that they would tell me that I couldn't bring my dog in, but he didn't even say hello so idc! ghetto<great food and i get to bring my dog

Great customer service! Helped me with gluten free options.

Staff was unfriendly, and unmotivated. Food had clearly been sitting out for too long. The spinach on my sandwich was bad and I ended up throwing the food out.
