Ordering went to call center. Call center got the order wrong. No personal service anymore. If you're trying to save money you just lost a customer and anybody else I talk to. It makes a difference if you're a franchise and you can actually talk to somebody at the restaurant picking up from. I don't need to be talking from somebody from India to order my pizza.
Hank the General Manager is a Super Star! He is the most welcoming, polite, friendly, and professional manager I have experienced with EVER! The pizza is always Hot, Fresh and AWESOME every time. Hank makes sure to ask if I need extras like plates, napkins, or sauces each time I come in to pick up my order. This Papa John's is the best by far compared to any of the other stores or competition like Pizza Hut that I have experienced with. Keep up the Amazing work and delicious food you provide me. Hook line and sinker... I'll be back next week if not by this weekend.
I've gotten take out here a number of times. I've tried different things on the menu. Some were better than others. I can't really blame the stuff I didn't like on the restaurant because I just didn't like it so I won't get it again. A couple times I ordered pizza and it took a lot longer than they promised before it was ready. For the most part I have found the food to be acceptable, but nothing real exceptional. It's good enough that I go back now and then.
I used to like DQ I only went back because my mother in law had a gift card. The reason I'm not a fan as much is because they no longer serve BBQ, or their mushroom and Swiss. The treats are still awesome, and the service was great.
