Feedback gevenThey are out of stock on many things Plates,large boxes,butter,coleslaw,staff and ice. The water was warm. They had serve raw chicken which I believe the cook over filled the baskets because the line in drive thru was wrapped around the building and chicken was low. 3 workers 1 for drive thru 1 for inside orders and a cook. The drive thru speaker someone mangled so they have to place their order at the window. 3 people behind me left because of the serve so they didn't even order and 1 complain how dirty it was inside which all the tables were dirty. Most importantly when a person from my party was unhappy with the service and the raw chicken he told the workers that he was unhappy it was raw and he wouldn't be back because of poor service and food. He wasn't looking for free food he had reality slap him hard in the face by getting out of a burning house alive today, but it was uncalled for the workers behind the counter to start yelling at him that he ate it and didn't say anything while we was there. Then they yell over asking us if our food was alright. I told them he was in are party and apologize for him and said he did have raw chicken that he spit out and took another piece that was fine. They should of just said yes sir we will try to do better. He didn't raised his voice or put on a scene just told them how he felt.
Put in a mobile order today, got there it wasn't ready. A manager was in the back discussing with 2 other employees another worker. I was waiting 30 minutes for my food. I finally gave up after someone else's order that ordered after me. I brought this up asked for my money back. The manager started yelling at me told to get out. As I sat down contacted customer service for my money back, another so called manager came over threatened me kicked me out. I went outside called corporate about this will be getting ahold of the owner. I drove to the Rockford store was in out in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly service there. Service at Loves Park is horrible.
I placed a online order for pickup, arrived on time, I understand they don't bag your order until you arrive but I still had to wait 15 minutes because they had no biscuits. Popeyes website says order will be ready upon arrival, haha. The service is terrible at this location, the E. State location is about the same, you always have to wait longer than you should. Worse yet is the drive thru, if you have 45 minutes order at drive thru. A previous online order I made was for pickup, when I arrived the doors were locked, I had to get in the drive thru line to pick up my order, I sat in that line for 45 minutes before getting to pickup window. I know it takes time to fry chicken but the management knows when the busy times are, why can't they prepare for a rush of customers?
Just ewww. We ordered through the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes for our food. I got tired of sitting there and decided to go inside. Huge mistake!!! It's like they hired people that don't know how to handle food properly. No hair/beard nets or even gloves for those being hands-on with the food. Two of the employees one I believe being a cook went outside to have a cigarette they came back in but didn't wash their hands just went back to work. The other associate was scratching her face and then proceeded to complete our order. We had to wait for biscuits and a guy came around the corner sweating profusely carrying them. We ended up eating very little and throwing the rest away. Now I'm feeling a little queasy to my stomach hours after and if it's food poisoning I definitely know where I got it from. If you don't care who's handling your food and how they're handling it just stay in the Drive-Thru don't go inside. It was a waste of $25 honestly. I don't know if I need to contact the health department or just leave it be but never to return.
Do you clowns even serve food here? I paid $12 for this dried up POS. The lines are incredibly long, menu signs are torn down, wait times are atrocious. I am off to a more respectable establishment like Chic-Fila instead. Edit: The manager from another restaurant gladly replaced my order. The 1st shift is a joke honestly. They need a major overhaul. Tragic how they became just as bad as KFC.
