I ordered avocado juice and was surprised that it was chocolate sauce (not vegan? in it). So I'd rather ask a question. Our juices were delicious and also fried snacks.
A few minutes walk from Lovina Beach and nestled behind a garden this place was a lovely find! The menu is extensive! I had the Egyptian bowl of macaroni, rice and chickpeas and it was so comforting and filling! Boyfriend had a burrito which was good and jam packed. It was just nice to find non Indonesian food that wasn’t just the standard pizza/burger fare. The staff are lovely as is the setting.
Ordered the samosa, dahl, and burrito (which weirdly didn‘t come in a wrap). It was ok but nothing special.
The restaurant and the personal is really beautiful! the atmosphere of the situation is just great! you feel like you're sitting in the middle of the jungle. Moreover, it is a charitable restaurant that donates its profits for a good thing. However, we have to say that we did not like eating so much (gado gado and masala curry unfortunately it had no real taste. so, we would probably not come back to eat there, but surely we will pick up some drinks or coffee there! updated by the previous review on 2020 01 24
We were there to eat, very nice and helpful. Eating wasn't good. the pommes and the bruschetta were very tasty, everything else was unfortunately completely tasteless and cost almost the same. we had the Gado-Gado, pakhora, spring rolls and filled tofu. the rolls were not crispy at all, but soft and laby. tofu and tempeh in the gado gado were fried and very watery. pakhora have tasted like fried suppengreen. pity. otherwise great idea of non-profit. for a coffee they can look past definitiw, unfortunately there is no soy milk.
