Aurelio's Pizza Of Lowell

I had a great time visiting the pizzeria. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was good but not great. Crust recipe could be improved. Overall a good experience.

The atmosphere is amazing and the food is pretty good albeit a little bland. Servers are nice and relaxed but the food can sometimes take a while especially if you’re having something other than pizza. Parking: The parking is absolutely perfect.

The restaurant and parking lot are immaculate. Service was pleasant. Person taking our order was pleasant and helpful.

This is not a true Aurelios..Grew up in Homewood, Il. Went to the Original Aurelios..where it started...not the same at all!

Went to Aurelio’s in Lowell tonight for dinner for my son’s birthday. Walked in, waited in the front as the sign says, “Please wait to be seated.” For 15 minutes, no one ever even acknowledged us. There were 4 different people at the front counter that never even said so much as hello. I worked as a manager for a pizza restaurant for 8 years. My employees at the front counter were always trained that no matter if it was a dine in, you at LEAST greet the customer and let them know, that YOU know they are there and waiting. Instead I had 4 different people staring at us in different turns and never saying a word. If the server was too busy in the dining room, fine. But don’t make me wait around for 15-20 minutes feeling awkward. I would have happily just went somewhere else and not waited around had they just said the dining room was too full. But being completely ignored? The lack of customer service was just appalling. This was our first time coming here too, but I won’t be back.
