Cajun's Snack - Lowell

The food is decent, but I recommend bringing a sandwich because it takes about an hour to get served.

The food from this snack bar is not only the cleanest but also the most delicious you'll ever enjoy.

Love the setting, of course... Choose whether to sit inside, or at picnic tables on a lovely green knoll, or on the stone patio with New Orleans-style tables complete with New Orleans street lamp. The menu is expansive. I had the haddock sandwich: Lots of haddock, crispy outside and moist inside, perfect done right)! Best of all: The kitchen is open, visible to the public, as they prepare your food. That day there were nine staff in a relatively small space, working rapidly but perfectly synchronized.
