Cavaleiro's - Lowell

Manny and his brother do a great job at this restaurant. The food is really solid, and they've put in a lot of effort to renovate the interior. It’s a great spot to grab a table or just sit at the bar and enjoy some drinks. I highly recommend the Portuguese steak or the spit-roasted steak; both are fantastic!

This is the best Portuguese restaurant I’ve been to! I highly recommend trying the Princess Chicken, the steak on a skewer, the steak on a stone, and the garlic shrimp appetizer. You really can’t go wrong with any of these choices. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly, and the brothers took excellent care of us. The place is clean, has a wonderful atmosphere, and in my opinion, it’s the best dining experience in Lowell! I had the paella, and while I could have shared it with someone, I did my best to finish it all on my own. Highly recommended!

Had a great evening last night and a super dinner. the appetizers quickly came out and we disappeared our chourico and brot. the minenstrone suppe and the filet mignon were both amazing, and desert was also delicious. I had a few glasses mateus wein, garnelen cocktail and the princess huh. highly recommended

Perfect Portuguese fare; we're so glad we visited Lowell to enjoy the Whistler House Museum and Cavaleiro's. They serve the best paella I've ever had, with surprising saffron notes. The owner couldn't have been nicer, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.
