Dunkin' - Lowell

This Dunkin' location is really nice. I would give it 5 stars, but like many Dunkin' spots, they often don't have the donut I order through the app, which forces me to wait in line to get it. Because of this, I usually skip the donut altogether. However, the staff is friendly and always make sure to say 'Thank you.' Aside from the donut situation, they are quite efficient.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy a coffee, refuel your vehicle, and pick up anything else you might need!

It's situated within a gas station, but don't let that mislead you! The staff here puts in a tremendous amount of effort, especially during peak hours. I've never encountered any problems with my orders, which is a pleasant change since many Dunkin' locations often get it wrong these days. Just a quick note: parking can be somewhat tricky since there's no drive-thru available. A big thank you to the team for their excellent service!
