Fio's Express - Lowell

I dont get it. Not even 6 months ago this place was incredible. Now they arent even open the times they say they are, and the food isnt worth it anymore. Last 2 times i ordered from them, it came way late and the food was not only dead cold but not even what i ordered. Im never calling them again.

What's up with everytime I go there the last two weeks it's closed ????

Teriyaki steak and cheese...had NO cheese.Garlic bread w/ cheese...also NO cheese.

I have ordered a traditional plain cheese pizza a handful of times now. The first two pizzas were good once the cook started adding a little more cheese to the pizza. I thought following that change, I had found a new pizza place to satisfy my pizza cravings. Unfortunately, the last several pizza's that I've ordered have either been way over-cooked, or I've received a reheated dried out pizza that seems to have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile I don't know what accounts for the sudden and drastic nose dive in the quality of the pizza at FIOs, hopefully management sees this review, and addresses the problem, as I've seen that FIOs can make a good pizza when they want to. Here's hoping that the situation improves.
