The food was decent, but the service was terrible. Our server mixed up our orders and accidentally spilled sauce all over my daughter's dress shirt. When we mentioned it, her response was just a dismissive "oh." I informed the man at the register, and he merely said, "oh, sorry about that," which wasn’t a genuine apology. The server never came back to our table to refill our drinks or check if we needed anything. She even forgot to bring the check. Overall, we were extremely disappointed.

We visit this restaurant every time we have guests in town, and it's perfect for any occasion. The sushi rolls are fresh and of high quality, and the Chinese dishes are truly authentic. The staff is attentive, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are reasonable. The portions are quite generous. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5

We celebrated our friend's birthday with family and friends at Fuji, and it was a wonderful experience! The birthday girl was treated to a massive sushi boat to share, which was a hit. The cocktails were strong but perfectly measured, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was both delicious and fresh! Overall, I'm giving it a 5/5 for food!

This restaurant really needs to improve its staffing. I was seated right away, but it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to come and take my order. The food arrived quickly, within about 8 minutes, but after that, I didn't see anyone come by to check on me. After finishing my meal, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. During that time, I noticed two other tables leave because no one attended to them. Eventually, I had to get up and go to the register to request my bill so I could pay and head to the concert I was attending. While the food was good, the long wait for service was not worth it.

The food was fantastic, but $17 for a single roll seems a bit steep. I had to wait a while before being acknowledged when I walked in, but the staff was friendly. Food rating: 5/5.
