Pizza Hut - Lowell

Should discuss this by saying that I live less than 10 minutes away, with the traffic entry was estimated to be 25-35 minutes. after 50 minutes, the restaurant called and was told to the driver, it should be every minute. 10 minutes later the driver will be shown. He apologised me and gave me my order. I missed two orders of wings and extra garlic sauce. driver said he'd be right back. After 30 minutes I called the restaurant and explained what happened, was said that the driver should have been there and that the drivers did not mistake the restaurant, as they had done everything that the driver simply did not. at the time when I was my whole order wings were cold, pizza was subject, hardly any sauce, brotsticks were hard. do not go here

Absolutely terrible. Pizza is always under-cooked, sloppy.

My pizza ordered at 6:50. It was finally delivered at almost 9:30. I had to call three times to ask where my pizza was. For the first time, they had no idea who I was and said I had no order. I called companies and then called them back, they had then miraculously found my order BUT said the delivery driver brought it back to the store and they had to return my pizza, and I should have it ASAP. I had to call a third time to ask where it was AGAIN. Worst pizza hut ever. Oh and ps them back the cold pizza they made, and it tastes like cardboard.

A classic meat lover, only cheese, and a pepperoni pizza. but they all had: (coking leads garlauch buttery. had so much of this butter garlic on our pizzas we couldn't eat them my children cry because they really wanted to eat pizza. will not be back to pizza hat!!!!

This is normal pizza hut but is a carry out of delivery only. They usually take longer than expected. I have been there and checked in and then no one tells me the pizza is ready. I have to ask again. They also always forget the wings. We have to check our order everytime before we walkout. The pizza is good like any pizza hut. Just the location has issues with getting things right.
