Pizza Hut - Lowell

This is normal pizza hut but is a carry out of delivery only. They usually take longer than expected. I have been there and checked in and then no one tells me the pizza is ready. I have to ask again. They also always forget the wings. We have to check our order everytime before we walkout. The pizza is good like any pizza hut. Just the location has issues with getting things right.

My pizza ordered at 6:50. It was finally delivered at almost 9:30. I had to call three times to ask where my pizza was. For the first time, they had no idea who I was and said I had no order. I called companies and then called them back, they had then miraculously found my order BUT said the delivery driver brought it back to the store and they had to return my pizza, and I should have it ASAP. I had to call a third time to ask where it was AGAIN. Worst pizza hut ever. Oh and ps them back the cold pizza they made, and it tastes like cardboard.

The Lowell Pizza Hut is excellent! The customer service is outstanding, and our pizza was ready right on time. We will definitely return to this location. The pizza and cheese bread were delicious!

I ordered a pizza at the last minute, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Despite being very busy, they assisted everyone with kindness and showed great politeness.
