Starbucks - Lowell

I had an ice cream with an espresso shot, and it’s so much better than just having it plain.

This place needs to improve; they are frequently out of stock and often close earlier than their posted hours. It’s quite disappointing to experience such poor quality.

The staff was very friendly, and the coffee was excellent. I look forward to coming back next time!

I give 5 stars because I love this place absolutely and they work so hard. that means I refuse to ruin a bad experience the evaluation I give. I have a mocha cookie crumble frap (my absolute favorite) but this time there is no taste for it. it tastes like water in a round. I noticed that the girl that made it learned clearly, so I didn't sit here and she bash. I really hope she learns everything and gets better because it was so sweet.

Young Asian lady working about back can to counter after I waited 10min. Said they are opening late and too come back in a half hour. I already waited outside until 8am for store opening. She was also rude and dismissive. This place is a joke. May 22nd, 2022 8:12am
