Feedback gevenEvery time that I go to this location the prices are never right. The prices on the drive thru menu is different from what the cashier says when you pull up to pay. The cashier was rude at the end, whispering about me and my order to another co worker. I won’t be back to this location
Always tip well. Left 15% tip for online order. Completely missed special instructions for sub #1. Paid for 2 chips, sub #2 chips were missing. 2nd order in a row that our order was wrong. Called. Assist. Mgr. Cheryl apologized. Offered to bring back sub to remake it. Really? We live 7 miles north of Lowell. That was it. Time to find different restaurant.
They were out of the bread I wanted, but that's not on them. Subway as a whole has been not having the herbs and cheese bread.
For the most part friendly and efficient, but I ordered the boss , which is meatballs and pepperoni. I got it toasted. The meatballs were served from a pan on the counter and were not warm. Definitely not heated to the correct, safe temp. There was very little business while I dined, yet nobody ever made an attempt to do something with the meatballs on the counter stored at room temperature.
Very busy. They guy in front of me said...takes a rocket scientist to build one of these!
