Cafe Shine makes the best darn white mocha breve out there! Add a little whip, and you'll think you died and went to Heaven. The baristas are always pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is fabulous for studying, meeting with friends, or meeting for business!

Very nice barista!!! She was welcoming and very good at her job. The coffee and scones are wonderful and the layout of Café Shine is beautiful. Will definitely be back again!

While I first heard about Cafe Shine because they open their doors and provide a free meal for the homeless once a month, I was pleased to know that they serve EVERYONE during their regular business hours. Such a nice relaxing atmosphere inside. Easy handicapped access, and a better place to catch a meal than the food court in the mall. Such a clean, caring and classy little Cafe that is easily overlooked if you're not aware of their peaceful dining experience. Quick service, great food, affordable, and nestled right in the middle of the downtown shopping experience. The fact that they also give back to the community is just the icing on the cake for this little jewel in downtown Salem.
