Casetta Express - Lower Alloway Creek

Ordered Casetta Express on UberEats, to give something new a shot. It was....very disappointing. We ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks, spaghetti and meat sauce, and an order of 3 meat pizza pin wheels. The mozzarella sticks were spicy. Like...super spicy. I generally enjoy spicy food and while there's probably a lot of people who think my tastes are pretty mild, I still basically try to gauge it on what spicy food I do eat. I enjoy the Mango Habanero sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings and that isn't a big deal, so I guess take that as a basis for comparison. These cheese sticks were practically inedible due to the amount of peppery heat in them. They were not good. The pizza pin wheels had promise, but they were -yeasty-. The dough was just overpowering with the yeast smell. And the spaghetti and meat sauce was impressive, to be sure, but the flavour was just not pleasant at all. I'm not really willing to write a one star review because the flavors were something I didn't enjoy. The person who cooked these things seemed to take time and care in the preparation and the actual food quality, absent the taste, wasn't bad at all. But the entire 57 dollar order was put in the trash for us, because the flavours were just so far from the norm of what was to be expected that it was essentially inedible to us. I strongly urge someone to try this out with small tastes ahead of time before going with a large order. It could match their tastes perfectly, but for me and my family, not even a little bit.

Arrived before my order was completed. The wait was quite comfortable, and the guy behind the counter seems like a pretty decent dude too.

Having read and heard about this place, my significant other and I were excited to try this today. We walked in and placed an order at 5:54PM. At the time there was one person ahead of us who was already waiting for an order.Over the span of the next hour, we watched as the staff struggled consistently with completing orders timely, mismanagement of food to the point where our partial order sat in it 's bag for over 20 minutes awaiting the last item, and to where my S/O and I had an extremely uncomfortable situation when the cook looked down at our Fried Chicken Marsala Sandwich and stated well I was hoping this chicken would have been larger when I pounded it out and apologized before packaging it. If you, as a cook, are not satisfied with your own product, why would you be giving it then to a customer?While they had a cancelled order and just randomly threw the order (a scampi with us (without even really asking, just here you go .. the overall vibe of this restaurant is that you 're going to wait a long time for food. Unfortunately, the wait wouldn 't be as painful if the food was good, but everything is not super flavorful, it 's swimming in runny sauce, the apologized portion of chicken was dry and overcooked and the best thing we had was the brown sugar BBQ boneless wings, unfortunately they were cold but the best flavor.I don 't normally write reviews like this, so it 's hard for me to emphasize how poorly this entire experience and meal was for us. Hopefully they get better in the future but for now, I 'd highly recommend staying clear of Casetta Express.

Great food, it was go good after I eat it, I feel asleep and forgot to review it! Dinner meal was enough for a dinner and lunch, the bread was delicious. If your thinking about ordering here, don't think just DO IT!

THIS RESTAURANT IS LITERALLY MY FAVORITE AND THE CHICKEN FETTUCCINE IS *chefs kiss* it’s literally the best I’m a pasta addict and I can confirm this is the right amount of creamy and cheesy and for the price the bowl is more than decent which I love it’s perfect! ?since the very first time I had ordered from grubhub I was hooked.!but during these months me and my boyfriend pass by it I always see it closed so I’m a little lost if you guys are no longer in business or maybe a hiatus if I can get some closure on that I would like to know
