Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had a great experience. Wonder customer service. Got the sofritas burrito ?, it was good but nothing special. Some more vegetarian options would be nice. Was helped by Megan I believe her name was. She was very sweet and so very patient when it took me absolutely AGES to get my chipotle app to pop up in my phone for my points, and I mean ages... luckily I was the only one in the store. Very sweet of her to wait and then guide me through the not so user friendly app. Definitely needs an app update and maybe offer better incentives.Vegetarian options: Do better! Not everyone likes tofu.

Rice was overcooked. Beans probably cooked the previous night. Steak was rubbery. Looked and tasted like dog vomit. Waste of $25 and I tipped too. Won't be back here again.

Very rude female work on 11/8/23 working the line, usually employees are supposed to ask if you want burrito or a bowel, white rice or brown rice, then ask black beans or pinto and so on this female worker just gave me a ugly look/ death stare and I literally had to tell her what I wanted each time she didn't ask me anything and I could see in her eyes she was not happy with me being there not sure what her issue was but I will never return here again.

Went here because the other one near downtown had such bad reviews. Not disappointed.

I ordered a bowl, when I got and started eating it I found a live bug. Tried to call and talk to someone on the store and they don’t have a live person, so I did the chat to let them know, the chat is an automated service and said they would get back to me in 24 hrs it’s been longer and I have not received an apology. It was disgusting.
