Dairy Queen - Lower Alloway Creek

Food was good for me at least. Wasn’t busy at all so the wait wasn’t very long. Only thing is I wasn’t sure if there was a drive thru because there was no indication, but it’s around the corner.

We went drive thru, people behind the registers were with it.? The food ?‍what can I say w/o being gross?? It wasn't to my liking. They did get my burger correct which is pretty big for me (food allergies) The fries were so salty I couldn't eat!? I opted to get a sundae w/ my meal, hot fudge if you must know. There was maybe a half pump on the whole sundae! I do like DQ's ice cream, but come on?‍ Very disappointing?Dietary restrictions: Tell the person taking your order you are allergic to whatever, or Dr. says none of this or that. Tell them more than one time. As long as it's on the order slip, the cashier can make it happen. Sometimes they will bring it to the cooks attention for you. Just be nice about it, there is no reason to be snarky about.?

Was really disappointed. Was in the line(drive thru) for 25 minutes then from receipt time to actually giving my food another 25 minutes! When they finally handed it to me I tried to politely just give them advise to at least check with the customer every 5 mins to at least let us know it's coming. Instead of taking money then nothing after that for 25 mins is kinda like dang!They didn't wanna hear unfortunately.Crazy ALL that time and we only ordered, a cheese burger meal, 3 piece chickenstrip meal, and a sundae, and blizzard! And the chicken strips were barely edible. Only really ate one. Few fries and as you could imagine the blizzard was half melted ... So not sure I'll go back again for a Long time!

It is what it is. didn't have ice cream. They wouldn't have anything.

Everytime I come here they have poor attitude and service and the food is either burnt or cold. Use to love dq but this location needs some better workers.
