Feedback gevenThis jamba juice has poor customer service they used to be really good and friendly now they are just down right rude and the store is now always so dirty if I didn't work close by I wouldn't come into this location I just don't come in as often andEmory she really needs coaching on her customer service skills
Came here for fresh squeezed orange juice like I did years ago at this same location. Apparently, they use juice concentrate instead of fresh oranges now because of an orange shortage. I 've seen plenty of oranges at the grocery store... They justdon 't want to pay the increased prices, but they don 't have a problem raising the prices of their smoothies while reducing thequality.
Plant-based smoothies!! Healthy options! Yummy fruit bowls! This place is my all-time favorite place to go, I 'm Greens 'n ' Ginger all the way! I also love their Gotcha Matcha for a morning pick-me-up. Beware though, sometimes depending on when you go,the smoothies taste different/ worse than they 're supposed to. I 've never tried asking for a remake, but the sign sayssupposedly that they 'll do it. I 'm guessing due to different employees and maybe they get tired/ careless, or quién sabe quélol ???????
My friend wanted to try their new cold brew iced coffee, so she got a medium, and even tipped them $2. She took one sip of it and it she did not like it. She was too nice to ask for a replacement, but I used to work at a Jamba and we always remade drinksif the customer didn't like it. So i took her drink back in and even showed how she barely drank out of it. The team memberasked the lead if it would be okay, and the lead told me that the last time he did that for someone, his manager yelled at him.These drinks are already overpriced, plus tip, a customer should be able to swap for a drink same price or less?? This isn't atall the team members fault, just upset with the management.
Got a smoothie and it didn 't taste right so I threw it in the freezer so I could take it back to be remade. With the holiday and work I couldn 't make it back for a few days and now they won 't re make it and were rude about it saying well it was so longago they advertise that they will make it right so they should especially when you are paying nearly 10 bucks for a drink.
