Raw - Lower Matecumbe Beach

We waited at the hostess stand at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. The calamari came out quickly after being ordered which was surprising for how cold it was. It seemed to be old. The burger was good, juicy, cooked perfectly. It took another 5-10 minutes to get condiments (after our server finally checked on us). I ended up walking to another table to get ketchup but still had to wait for packets of mayo. Overall we felt like we were an inconvenience for the staff.

Sabrina Jean was the most pleasant and best server I have had in the last 10 years at all the restaurants I have been to. We were a fairly needy table as there was 8 of us and Sabrina Jean was super attentive and hands down the reason we are coming back tomorrow and the following day. The food was very good but I was absolutely blown away by the service provided by Sabrina and it made the entire experience worth while.

Food is ok … menu is lacking and not much different than the tiki bar. They need better food, staff is limited and not very personal able. The seagulls are a pain as well, if you are out on the deck.

Subject: Poor Dining Experience at Your Establishment Dear Management, I am writing to express my concerns about the poor experience I recently had when dining at your establishment. The food came out late and cold, basic things such as utensils were not present until much later, the waitress engaged in lengthy conversations with other staff members rather than attending to our table, and bringing the bill took an unreasonably long amount of time. I believe that your staff require further training in order to ensure optimal customer service, as the food and surroundings of your establishment are certainly pleasant; it is only the lack of attentive service that mars the overall experience. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and discovering the customer-focused solutions you put in place to ensure better experiences for diners in the future.

We were in the second floor/bar with a beautiful view. Food and service was great. We got everything on a timely manner
