My fish was undercooked and refrigerator-cold in the middle. The tacos weren?t evenwarm enough to melt the cheese, and the chicken tenders were borderline pink. The only properly prepared meal was the wings. Isent the fish back, but the others just ate what they had. The waitress was nice enough and offered to replace the meal. Ideclined because chances are the next one would be underdone as well, based on the four things that had already come out of thekitchen. When it came time to pay, one person paid in cash and told the waitress how much to take for a tip. She brought himback his change, put it on the table, then left. After she left, we noticed that she had shortchanged him about $10. At thatpoint we just gave up and left. Even though I was given a coupon for a free plate of wings, I don?t ever plan to use it. If youenjoy cold food and staff that can?t make change, then St. Louis is the place to go!
Great experience. As good as it gets in terms of pub sports bar food. Waitress and manager were both very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed.
It?s always freezing cold and the staff aren?t allowed to adjust the heat. I?ve been regularly served raw chicken here? EKKK and not even had an apology. They are also super understaffed most nights and could do with better management support!!!
When I ordered from the sackville location I literally received 5 small onion rings as my side . The portion would have left a small child hungry . When I called to enquire they told me that was the potion size they sell . They did nothing to remedy thisand were a bit snotty so they have lost a customer for life
The servers were all *very* friendly, but they weren't very attentive we had to repeat simple requests as well as physically chase them down more than once because they simply didn't come to our table.
