Corked Grill Nightclub - Lower Saucon

Went here for my birthday, nice place I gotta come back when this whole COVID mess is over because they turn into a club after a certain time. Food is not badly priced, but it's not the best food. I had the salmon as seen in the picture, it tasted fishy, what cut the taste was the sauce on top which was not bad, wings were ok but a little to soft for my liking. I'm a big shrimp fan and the shrimp was not bad at all. My husband had the short ribs he liked it because he said it was very tender and had some nice flavors. Now my 3 stars really are there because the server was nice and my Charcuterie Plate Perfect!!!! The ground mustard was great and I am not a fan of something if I can taste the seeds, but that mustard was good, the meat on point, tasted like it came fresh from a butcher!!! I will be back now if they take the Charcuterie plate off the menu, I'm have a problem!!!

Terrible experience, I came here for my birthday and the food was alright. The ny steak was absolutely terrible but everything else was decent. The waitress took along time to get to us anything we needed, didn't ask if we wanted dessert.... Was overall really pleasant.... But was never there. We were nearly an hour in and nearly done with appetizers before she even took our dinner order. So it took some time. We barely finish dessert and this weasely looking guy comes over, I'm going to call him the manager, and asks us to get up and move to the social area. Everything altogether was $400 and he tries to get us out of our table because they took a very long time to do anything. Thankfully we were already getting ready to leave but it just killed the entire experience. I don't recommend coming here, for the money; anywhere else will have better service and better steak.

Buyer beware went there for dinner and wow take your stimulus check. Their prices are comparable to the higher end places in the valley but the food quality is no where near the quality. Not to mention our waitress was not the best as well. We totally over paid for every item from apps, to wine to dinners. Best of luck and will never return.

A few of my friends and I went to corked to have dinner. The host that greeted us at the door was a little stern and not too welcoming. Our server was nice, but not efficient. We waited over 35 minutes for our salads. The salads were basically just lettuce. Our server did not check in regularly throughout our stay. We asked for drinks that never came. We, again, waited a long time for our entrees. The food was ok, not terrible, but nothing special. It was just frustrating sitting with empty water glasses, waiting on to-go boxes, waiting on drinks that did not come, etc. I understand that one experience with a server doesn't define a restaurant, however, this experience didn't leave me with a desire to return. Where the service lacked, the food did not make up for.

We visited this wine bar for a glass of wine but found the selection to be quite ordinary, resembling what you might find in a large retail store rather than offering anything distinctive. The wines available are no different from what you'd expect at a three-star steakhouse. We requested our Pinot Noir to be chilled, and the bartender was attentive enough to find a wine bucket for us, which we appreciated. However, after finishing our bottle, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere. I recommend skipping the wine here and pairing your meal with a better selection of wine wherever you decide to go.
