Feedback gevenI was extremely disappointed that both my burger and my son's burger were not cooked thoroughly.
This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. I called to place a to-go order and mentioned that I wanted my food to be made fresh. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude; she told me not to call back and then hung up on me. It was the most unprofessional interaction I've had at a Wendy's.
Quick service and really tasty nuggets! They don't provide enough ketchup, but that might just be because I drown everything in it.
I just love Wendy's food. The quality of their food is just impeccable also there have deals on the chicken because of no fault of theirs they can't serve their burgers as they used to but they will be able to do that again and very soon have faith in that. Kudos to them on their breakfast I truly believe that is going to be around for a long time this time I love their Frosty's also. Keep up the excellent work Wendy's.
Came here because of my kids but anyhow the person that took my ordered came to window took credit card went somewhere else and manager took over I guess by helping out. Now by me being in a hurry I apparently didn't receive my card back and she stated that she did from the beginning. I should of double check but once again rushing but as I recall it wouldn't never happened if the drive through personal should of gave back after I paid before she passed the food out first. I think that's where the confusing took place. I went back to get card anyhow thank God I checked to see if anyone had used it. All good! but when I spoke with manager regards to my situation by coming back because your staff member never gave back card and since it was her fault can I get store credit for her mistake ? she just smerk like whatever. You know as a manager should of said I'm sorry that happened to you or say something friendly for a customer to come again.Nothing! I will take this to corporate regards to the staff. People not friendly here. I will not return. Good luck and hope you don't run into issues because the manager doesn't help at all.
