I'd say this is the best bar in Luang Prabang. They have an outdoor seating area and a decent pool table inside and a good bar. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the location is good. There's nothing bad to say about this place. It is a great bar in the heart of the city

This place is a bit of a zoo. It's great watching the locals and ex pat Germans arguing over pool. The beer is reasonable and the food is good. Probably the liveliest established in Luang Prabang. We keep coming back..lol
