Chick-fil-a - Lubbock

I really enjoy the food, but the customer service was quite disappointing on my last visit. I didn't hear anyone say "my pleasure," which is usually part of the experience. Additionally, they've messed up our orders several times recently. Since I have four boys and sometimes have friends over, my orders are typically large. This last time, when I double-checked our order while in line, the staff seemed annoyed. I think I might drive a bit further next time to try a different location.

The chicken is consistently excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Curbside is very convenient and makes it easy to order on the app. My order sometimes take awhile (ordering for others) so it is nice to take my time and not feel like I'm rushed in the drive thru.

My favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries.

The food seems to hit the spot when I have a craving for Chick-fil-A. The employees are friendly and always welcome you with a smile. The only thing I ever wonder about is how they always seem to keep the orders from getting mixed up when you're going through the drive-thru. I've always received the correct order no matter how swamped they were at the moment. Amazing!
