Dairy Queen - Lubbock

Determined to go in this time, as something is always wrong or lacks or an hour when they drive to thru. they go in, no one before us, order and scoot at the side. while we wait for 6p on Saturday night, the manager decides to pull out the ice machine and the cold bar and to turn around behind the back. limiting the room for employees and cleaning behind equipment is not something to do in these hours. none of the beats was covered and most of them had strange things in them that did not belong. no hair nets, no gloves. this place needs a direction, with so many people who were on the layer that not a single person led the crew, all seemed lost. friendly enough, but cleanliness is important. as I'm already robbed of a dirty wut on the side counter, a hired man comes in and they just put him on my ice. no time to wash his hands, nothing. directly from the road. the worst part is when my order was reported to go and would like to go a lid: he took my spoon out and put it on that dirty rubbish, put a lid on, took my spoon out of the dirty leash and put it back in the dessert. vomit happened so fast, I was just kind of shocked. I could go on as there were more dinge wrong than in the whole crisp Wednesday book combined. idk, when the owners cease to care, but it will be abundantly clear that dairy queen can soon be one of these dings of pastness, just remember. I must say ewww and will not spend my money here anymore. I wonder if what I see is as bad as it is, how bad I can't see. No, just no.

Today, I visited this restaurant and ordered chicken strips, but I received mostly steak strips that were undercooked in my opinion. Neither of the strips were flavorful, and even ordering extra strips was a mistake. I will definitely never order any kind of strips from here again. However, if I come back, I will always order burgers because they have been consistently delicious. I wasted $20 today on strips that I ended up giving to my dog.

Mondays are my favorite 1/2 off burgers..... I love the dip cones.? ?

Great place to eat and enjoy their time. I love zoe black, she works at the front end. she makes the best cherry vanilla cream sput! the best of the best!
