Firehouse Subs - Lubbock

This location is my favorite. They often go above and beyond to make sure everything is great. They even sent me my receipt in the mail when we forgot it out of town. There's been times the bread was too hard for my mom and they happily fixed the issue. The gentlemen that usually brings out our carryout order is very sweet and make sure we have no issues with our food napkins sauces etc. Even when it's multiple trips because we forgot something. The food is always amazing haven't had an issue yet except with the bread being hard but thats usually more a personal preference, not them. Great location :

Tried The Italian based on recommendations of the staff. Added turkey instead of salami. Great choice.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. I ordered the meatballs with black olives and peppers and it was absolutely delicious.

I absolutely adore the new meatball pepperoni sub! It is consistently delicious. The staff members who were working when I picked it up at 4:15 on Sunday, 6/13, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate the consistently positive experiences. Thank you!
