Firehouse Subs 98th Slide - Lubbock

The worst experience I had with fireworks. I came close in about 7 minutes and was immediately apologetic to the front staff. They were great and assured me it wasn't a problem. It wasn't until the manager, Ebony, came into the picture and came from me before closing. She came from behind to take my order without greeting and was visually annoyed with my late arrival. After I gave up my order, I opened my wallet, which was prepared to deposit cash. I can't take cash, I already have the money from the register. 5 minutes until we close.? Confidently why the register was counted during business hours, I tried to find another form of payment and called my wife to send me money through Apple Pay. I asked if she had map information about the phone that apparently is not allowed, that is good and understandable if that is really the case. When I finally had my fullness of her anger, I asked about her name and told her I would complain to her superior. She started boasting about how much she does? Not even was she apologetic, professional, yet polite to help my situation. She mentioned a back register had cash AFTER I told her I would file a complaint. Instead of implementing basic manager-customer service techniques, she chooses to argue with me before her employees who were obviously unpleasant and confused by their actions. I am very disappointed by Miss Ebony's blatant disregard and shocked to hear that she is a manager. I will turn to the Firehouse customer service team and look forward to hearing from their superior again before I ever think of coming back to this place.

I'm new to Firehouse Subs. They're sub-sandwiches are delicious! I received a free voucher for teachers on the other day and so I got the opportunity to try them! I had her number 10, which is a roast beef with grill sauce sub! It was a lot of food. My son and I share the sandwich. I highly recommend trying this subshop! Delicious!

My mother ordered a steak and cheese sub and there was plastic in a sandwich of everything they use.

I went through the drive through and asked for 2 dressings, only got one and my Mac and cheese was cold, not even remotely warm. Young man at the drive through was short and curt with me.

Excellent place.. Clean, friendly, great food, fast service... You can't go wrong!
