Hill Barbecue - Lubbock

This has become a weekly stop for me. The brisket smash burger has tons of flavor, I haven't had anything like this anywhere else in town. Check out the monster pile of chopped brisket on that Sammy! I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely the best BBQ around! Definitely worth the drive, worth the wait. We got the amazing brisket and mac and cheese AND iced coffee! Owners were so kind and gave some great recommendations for local tourist stuff. As we were eating he found a little piece of turkey and gave it to us. You will not get home town BBQ better then this

The food at this restaurant is incredible! The brisket is flavorful and juicy, and the pork ribs are incredibly tender. Make sure to try the green beans, they are delicious. The two men at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

I recently tried some of the most delicious BBQ at this restaurant! The burnt ends and pork belly were my favorites, but all of the meats I sampled were amazing. The service was fantastic as well, with friendly and helpful staff. I am now a fan and will definitely be returning the next time I visit Lubbock.
