Feedback gevenPlaced an order only for them to say they're out of cheese so I decided to just cancel the order and they told me that they couldn't do that and that I would have to cancel it through the app but there's no option to do that and when I look it up it says to contact the store but yet they refuse to just refund me
Always had a good experience here. It's a busy store but they are quick about getting your order out, hit and right.
I am sitting here on the phone with my college freshman daughter while she ordered a CHEESE pizza through the app. After 30 minutes of waiting in the car for it to be ready she went inside and asked about it. The person at the counter told her it was going on the oven now. Another 20 minutes pass and her name has still not popped up. She went back up and he had put her pizza in the “portal” without saying anything to her and still her name never popped up and she wasn’t able to get to her order. While she was standing there waiting she saw multiple other people walk in and ask about mobile orders and the same worker went in the back, grabbed their orders and handed it to them. It literally ended up taking over an hour for her to get 1 cheese pizza that she ordered ahead of going. So much for “hot and ready”.
The old manager was great but then Rudy left, and new manager is trash, and rude we’ve been going to them for years, definitely not going back.
There was at least six people in the store only two maybe three were working there was a lot of playing they felt joking around and cleaning was more important than attending to the customers I have to wait over 15 minutes on the order that only should have took 8.
