Lubbock Hibachi Express

We used to love it there, but our experience today was bad. The older woman at the counter who takes orders was extremely rude. She was very unprofessional. The food wasn't as good as it used to be. I would no longer recommend this place.

Both my husband and I felt very bloated after eating there. We had ordered 2 egg rolls to go with our meals and was given one sweet and sour. We asked for another one and was told they were only allowed to give one. We were supposed to share one little cup.How ludicrous. Also the wait staff were very rude. We will not be back. It was kind of expensive for only vegetables, no meat.

Plenty to eat but super bland. Thankfully they had packets of mustard to give it some flavor.

The food was amazing but if I could rate the customer service a 0 I would. 1 star is too considerate. I ordered my food online and it texted me when my order was ready. I went in to pick it up and was automatically given attitude from a Hispanic woman with burgundy hair and glasses. She claimed there were no orders and asked again how I ordered. I told her it was online and I didn’t know how it was connected on their end. The worker then asked for my name which I gave and she still proceeded to say there wasn’t an order with that name. I show her the message I was sent and she finally hands me my take out order with my name on it and starts arguing with me that it was DoorDash and I should have just said that. Again, I’m not sure how the order comes through on their end, if it’s just connected to their online ordering platform. After continuing to argue with me she walked away from the counter.

We eat here fairly frequently because it 's my son 's favorite. Went in to pick up an online order and the girl working the register was VERY RUDE for no reason. Our order came up as we were checking out and I said oh that 's probably ours she gave us a pager and we stood and waited for her to sack it up. She turned around and told us to go and she would page us. There was literally no one else in the store and no harm in us standing at the counter. I stepped back two steps and waited. She threw it on the counter and said here. I asked for some sauce and she gave me one. I told her the sign said we can have 2 per meal and she slammed another down. I said we have 2 meals and she slammed 2 more down and stormed off. I called to tell the manager that she was being rude and giving attitude for no reason and he screamed at me, said I was giving attitude and hung up on me. No wonder they didn 't have anyone in there when we went and are always hiring. I 'll order from chop chop from now on.
