Nick's Sports Grill - Lubbock

The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give them a ZERO. There were 12 people in our group and once our order was taken 7 of us got food within a reasonable amount of time the other 5 of us got nothing. Our waitress came over and assured us our order was coming and the kitchen was busy. Come to find out our order was never put in the first place. Once that was taken care of 4 of us had food come out(3 of the 4 were not correct). Now I was the only one without food. AGAIN MY ORDER WAS LEFT OUT!!!!! After another 15 minutes passed still no food, at this point I have waited well over and hour. Now the manager brings out my food and it was COMPLETELY WRONG! 3 strikes and your out. To say this wrecked my evening would be an understatement. All I got were excuses as to why this happened. At some point someone has to take responsibility. I would avoid this place.

On the way back through the city, and it was very good. Sunday at midday, but the place very clean and the staff very polite and friendly. my burger was great and the pommes were also. a person in my party has winged and he said they were very good. we stopped a few days before spanky and nods was much better. I can see that it is very loud on play days because of the open concept and high cover. would like to eat again if I were in the opposite.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. it is a very visually appealing place, many great tvs and sport and comfortable sitting. also very large seating areas for large groups. the staff was very friendly. eating was good and great beer selection.

Unfamiliar with the opposite was a little difficult to find. parking lots. friendly service. had south-westerly egg rolls that were delivered delicious and fast. spacious seating area, good for larger groups.

Pretty tasty, but the drinks did not seem to my personal par and our order took quite long. will return for another attempt and hopefully an improved service than last time.
