Feedback gevenI never, ever, ever leave reviews unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary… so here we go lol. My poor boyfriend decided to come to the Frankford Ave location on his lunch break, informed the staff that he had a sever tomato allergy, and long and behold… he returned home vomiting with his face swollen. thankfully he’s asleep now after having some medicine.I called this location to complain to the manager (her name is Venessa), and she didn’t even care enough to get my name or number, just responded with ‘sorry, I just don’t recall that happening.’Now… I completely understand that mistakes happen, I get it. From time to time I occasionally make mistakes at my job as well, but the lack of genuine concern and monotone in her voice I was receiving was just fueling my frustration even further. If I acted like that at my job, if my manger saw me treating a customer like that in our work environment… well, I wouldn’t have a job anymore. ?? empathy and professionalism go a long way, and when you receive the opposite of this it strongly says a lot about a business and it’s establishment. To not care about your customers is one thing, but to not care about endangering their general health and well being speaks volumes. I sincerely hope everyone sees this review and stays away from this location,until they learn how to treat their customers with some respect and dignity, and genuinely care about their customers food allergies and safety. ? absolutely unreal.
Horrible experience, toppings were not on the sandwich as ordered, not toasted as requested..... won't be visiting that location again..... ???
This place sucks waited in line for 30min only to leave hungry! I will never come back to this store again! Staff was rude and had no care for customers!
Store didn't make the online order correctly. It was missing ingredients. Biggest issue though was how some of the emoyees were talking to a newer employee.They are very unprofessional and they shouldn't be managing or training anyone.
I have come here on my lunch multiple times and sat here for 20 plus minutes or longer only for them to say they are short staffed and are working on customers inside. I spend half my lunch trying to get a sub and usually just give up and go somewhere else. They always only have 2 workers handling multiple customers. I’m not sure if there corporate management is too cheap to hire other workers or just don’t care or are too incompetent in running a business. I came inside and once again just 2 workers handling multiple customers I feel bad for the workers because they are trying there best but they have no help or support and I feel that is wrong on corporate management to continue this store to be short staffed. Other subways around town are smart and have at least 3-4 workers at a time but this one on 63rd and frankford continues to be very slow and short staffed and it is highly unprofessional and unacceptable!
