Taco Casa - Lubbock

Boy howdy i have always LOVED this place , but this last time we at there Oct 30, the tacos were very greasy, the meat was dripping out lots of grease onto our napkins I would hope this is just an oversight but i am wondering now if this will be the standard way to fix tacos there? It bothers me a lot because the prices here are very affordable plus the waitresses are very polite and friendly. The food is delicious and at a reasonable price. I always look forward to eating here because of the Super Burrito. Above all, this is a very clean restaurant. The staff works hard to keep everything well maintained.
