The Mayan Kitchen - Lubbock

Mayan kitchen was listed in HappyCow but had no reviews but we decided to take the family there and roll the dice. Beautiful interior and very clean and was surprised to see a dedicated vegan menu with vegetarian dishes. It’s nice to see a variety of entrées that are completely vegan inside dishes and even desserts. Fantastic and delicious.

Separate veg menu all vegan is clearly marked. Surprisingly tasteful and the Plantain app with bean dive was great! They asked if sour cream was okay, which made me a little nervous, but until I could say anything, came out vegan. Updated by previous rating on 2022 11 23

Separate vegetarian/vegan menu. Vegan options limited, but you have some options. A vegan dessert. The black bean and maissalate was good and a huge part.

I didn't expect the food here as much as I did. You have a complete vegan menu that can be requested at check-in, and it has many filling options. I ordered the herbal Fajitas that sound basic, but very tasty individual components. That was a solid choice for dinner with omnis.
